Our team

Tough House Roofing is Firefighter owned and operated. All Employees are a part of Company 11 Tough House Fire Crew, which is why the name Tough House Roofing means so much to us. 

JD PULLEN

JD is the owner of Tough House Roofing. JD has always had a passion for serving others. His vision for Tough House Roofing is to provide a customer experience that can't be matched. When you choose Tough House Roofing, you become part of our family. 

JD is heavily involved in his community. When he is not at the fire station or on a roof, he spends his time at KOPA Crossfit, running 5ks his wife signs him up for, or spoiling his beautiful daughter.

JOSH KURTZ

Josh is a part of our sales force. If you get the chance to work with him, you'll quickly see why he is a part of our team. Josh is not the pushy salesman we all hate and get annoyed with. He listens to what your goal is, and he executes. He doesn't try to sell you on something you're not interested in. Whatever your need is, he will do whatever he can to help. 

When Josh isn't at the fire station or on a roof, you can find him working on his old 1997 BMW E36 328i in his garage.

DALTON PARKERSON

Dalton is the team "Meathead". He is also a part of our sales force. Dalton is extremely knowledgeable in the roofing industry and can answer any question you might have. If you get the chance to work with Dalton, you will see that family is one of the most important things to him, which is why he is part of the team. 

When Dalton isn't at the fire station or on a roof, you can find him in the gym, enjoying an expensive bottle of whiskey, or scheduling his next tattoo.
